MKS Plumbing Corp. is represented by Joseph Kandefer, President of the company and a master plumber since 1976.
Joseph A. Marchitte, Vice President, organizes and administers every day operational procedures as Estimator, Project Manager, and Purchasing Agent, incorporating 20+ years knowledge and experience to the trade.
Daniel Britzzalaro, our Outside Superintendent, oversees field operations and works closely with organized labor to achieve the professionalism and quality work our company is known for. He has over 25 years experience in the plumbing industry.
Timothy Franger, Project Manager/Estimator, joined our company in 2008. His experience in the plumbing industry include 23 years in field operations and 10 years in project management/estimation.
Renae Zwolinski, Project Coordinator, assists in the bidding and estimating process as well as prepares, processes and issues the documentation necessary for project progression and has been with the company for over 10 years.
Paul Schiffhauer, Safety Manager, insures that all Federal, State and Local safety and health regulations are followed by MKS Plumbing Corporation employees and their subcontractors. Mr. Schiffhauer has been a safety professional for over 10 years and is an authorized instructor for the OSHA 10 & 30 hour Construction Outreach Training Courses.
